Legal
Terms of use
The ground rules for using Chase. Last updated 1 November 2026.
The service
Chase helps you track unpaid invoices and send follow-up reminders. Chase is provided by Elevation Labs Co. It does not collect debts on your behalf and does not guarantee payment.
Not legal advice
Reminder wording and the letter of demand template are general information only. The letter of demand is a draft pending solicitor review. For disputed or significant debts, get legal advice before escalating.
Your responsibilities
Keep your sign-in secure, only add invoices that are genuinely owed, and make sure the messages you send are accurate and comply with Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
Plans and billing
Free is free. Pro costs A$15 a month or A$150 a year, including GST where applicable, billed in advance through Stripe. You can switch plans at any time; changes are prorated.
Cancelling
You can cancel Pro at any time from the Plan page. Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account returns to Free. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes and availability
We may update Chase and these terms. We'll tell you about significant changes by email. We aim to keep Chase available but can't promise it will be uninterrupted.
